3. Admission and General Conditions

Sunny Coast Playpark reserves the right to refuse admission to any person or to remove any person from our premises for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns or violation of our rules.

3.1 Admission Requirements

All children under 12 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult (18+ years) at all times. The accompanying adult is responsible for the safety and behavior of the children in their care.

3.2 Opening Hours

Our standard opening hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, and Weekends & Holidays 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM. These hours may change for special events or during holiday periods. Always check our website or contact us directly for the most up-to-date information.

3.3 Capacity Limitations

Sunny Coast Playpark may limit the number of visitors on busy days to ensure safety and enjoyment for all customers. We recommend booking in advance during peak periods to avoid disappointment.

4. Safety Rules and Code of Conduct

All visitors must adhere to our safety rules and guidelines, which are displayed throughout the facility and may be updated from time to time.

4.1 General Safety Rules

For the safety and enjoyment of all visitors, the following rules apply:

• Running, pushing, and rough play are not permitted.
• Shoes must be removed before entering play areas but socks must be worn at all times.
• Food and drinks are only permitted in designated eating areas.
• Any visitor who appears to be unwell may be denied entry.
• All accidents or incidents must be reported to a staff member immediately.

4.2 Age and Height Restrictions

Certain attractions have age and/or height restrictions for safety reasons. These restrictions are non-negotiable and will be enforced by our staff. Information about specific restrictions is available at each attraction and from our staff.

5. Booking and Payment

5.1 Admission Fees

Current admission fees are displayed at our entrance and on our website. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Birthday Parties and Group Bookings

Birthday party and group bookings require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Full payment is required no later than the day of the event. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking will not receive a refund of any payments made.

5.3 Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for admission fees once paid, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of management. If Sunny Coast Playpark must close unexpectedly for reasons beyond our control, we may offer a raincheck but are not obligated to provide refunds.

6. Personal Belongings and Liability

6.1 Personal Belongings

Sunny Coast Playpark is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Lockers are provided for your convenience, but items are stored at your own risk. We recommend leaving valuable items at home.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of our visitors, use of our facilities is at your own risk. Sunny Coast Playpark, its owners, directors, and employees accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by any person while on our premises, except where such injury, loss, or damage is caused by our proven negligence.

7. Photography and Videography

Photography and videography for personal, non-commercial use are permitted. However, in the interest of child safety and privacy:

• Photography/videography must be limited to your own children or children for whom you have explicit permission from their parents/guardians.
• Photography/videography in bathroom areas is strictly prohibited.
• Staff may request that photography/videography cease at any time at their discretion.
• Commercial photography/videography requires prior written approval from management.

8. Food and Beverages

Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with the exception of:

• Baby food and formula
• Water bottles
• Food required for special dietary needs (please inform staff)

Our on-site Sunshine Café offers a variety of food and beverages for purchase, including options for various dietary requirements.
